Payments for products and orders in this website are non-refundable.

Payments for business listings will be set up as a recurring charge that will be deducted automatically from your credit card until you turn off this feature in your user account. Any payment made for a business listing will be charged according to a B2B contract.

Delivery of Business Listing

Business listing is a digital service. You can expect the listing to be delivered online in the next 1-3 working days.

Delivery of Orders / Products

All products are available for delivery in Thailand only, for a flat rate of 50 Baht.

Deliveries are dispatched, at the latest, on the next working day after the order has been placed, and you should receive your online order within 2 - 5 working days. Over 90% of our orders are delivered within two days of being shipped.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed notifying you of this.

• Promising products, services, or promotional offers in the ad that are unavailable.

Cancellation of Orders / Products

You can cancel your order anytime as long as we haven't started the shipping process and you will get full refund.

This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order. After we accept your order, you will not be able to cancel your order.

We may cancel any orders if you do not comply with these Terms. We may cancel an order for a product at any time. If we are unable to accept your order or are unable to supply you with a product we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. There are a number of reasons why we may be unable to accept your order or supply a Product, for example:
